This one bedroom apartment was recently renovated and refurbished.

The apartment has one doble bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It counts with a shower and a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for a nice stay. There is a dining area with table and chairs, a sofa and a flat-screen tv. The Wifi is available (but limited to 40mb)

The terrace counts with outdoor furnitures (table and chairs).

In the complex there is also a swimming pool with a separate children’s pool.

There is a large Hiperdino supermarket only 300 m away, a selection of restaurants and bars can be found, after leaving the quiet area, just around the corner, except at the old harbour.

In the small original typical place la Asomada there is a small church, a community center, a supermarket and a bakery service. There is also a small but nevertheless highly recommended tapas bar close by, which offers live music on Sundays with Timple and singing. The bus, which takes you to the nearest place Tias (good for shopping) or to Puerto del Carmen (to get to the beach), runs every hours, 7 days a week.

It is also a good starting point to discover the winegrowing area of La Geria on foot. Once you have climbed the hills a spectacular view across the Fire Mountains, reaching to the Risco of Famara, presents itself.

The house is located above the center of la Asomada and is situated at about 350 m above sea level.
The nearest large supermarket (EuroSpar) is around 2 km away and Puerto del Carmen (sandy beaches and Atlantic)is also about 6 km away.
The airport is reached in less than 10 minutes; however you will never be disturbed by aircraft noise.

The baker’s in the neighbouring village will happily take your orders for fresh bread and will deliver those just before 9 am from Mondays to Saturdays.
The new golf course just above Puerto del Carmen only 10 minutes away from the property, the longer existing golf course in Costa Teguise can be reached within 20 Minutes.

This villa which has been furnished very tasteful and it is bright, comfortable and especially cosy. It consists of 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

The town of El Mojon, which has only a few inhabitants, is about 5 – 10 minutes by car from the old island capital Teguise, where you will find international restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops and a pharmacy. There is also the famous and always interesting Sunday market in Teguise.

Costa Teguise with its beaches and souvenir shops, as well as Arrieta is about 15 km away.

Casa Mare in Guatiza with jacuzzi and beautiful sea view

In the small village of Guatiza, in the north of Lanzarote is known for its wonderful cactus garden: the work of the artist Cesar Manrique.

Holiday Apartment at the sea near Playa Chica in Puerto del Carmen

All amenities available. In just five minutes from the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen and the Avenida de Las Playas is around the corner.
If you prefer it quiet, this Apartment is a privileged position in the front row in pure tranquility.

The upper apartment consist of a separate bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, large fridge with 40l freezer and straight from the kitchen, you look at the ocean while enjoying your drink at the bar.

The apartment has a sunny south-facing balcony (with a slight west exposure) and is equipped with wooden furniture.

The connection to the studio on the ground floor is via outside stairs. The terrace below consist of sunbeds and from there you have direct access to the walkway towards the beach.

The studio consist of a double bed (160 x 200), satellite TV and a small stereo system. There is also a small fridge, coffee machine, kettle and an air conditioner. The bathroom is very small – but enough space for a walk-in shower.

Studio Colina del Sol

Situated in a prime but quiet location in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, this comfortable studio is an excellent base for your Lanzarote holiday.
This small studio has been decorated with great attention to detail. The kitchen is small but you will even find everything you need for a longer stay.
Some english TV channels and Wifi Internet are available as well as an awning, so you will always find a shady spot on the sunny terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
In the complex there is a nice pool, which is also heated in the winter.

Reaching Calle Reina Sofia in just a few steps, so you have already arrived in about five minutes on foot in the area of the Old Harbour of Puerto del Carmen.
In just two minutes from your accommodation you will find a large supermarket (Hiperdino), a pharmacy, numerous shops and also the first restaurants as well as car rental companies.

Holiday house El Refugio

This small holiday home is located in a long-established complex in the middle of Playa Honda.

Through its sheltered terrace you enter directly to the living room.

It has two bedrooms (one king size bed and two single beds) and two bathrooms ( with shower and one with bath) and is therefore ideal for families.

Nice living-room with a cosy seating area, the tv provides spanish channels and a few English and German channels.

Short distances to Calle Mayor (main pedestrian street), the shopping center Deiland and the beach, the a central point of Playa Honda. Although the apartment is not the newest, it is still above average and well equipped.

On the beach promenade, which is located less than 5 minutes walking, you can have cozy dinners or even just relaxing times with a glass of wine
